1. General provisions:
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as Agreement) applies to all information that ZARYAD LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") may receive about the User while using the Site, services, programs and Operator’s Products (hereinafter referred to as the Services) and regulates the relationship between the Operator and the User during the entire period of provision of the services and the User's access to personalized services of the Site.

2. Purposes of collection and processing of Users personal information:
2.1. The Operator collects, registers, accumulates, stores, processes, changes, renews, uses and distributes, depersonalizes, deletes Users' personal information, including using information (automated) systems that are necessary to provide services on the Site.
2.2. The Operator uses the User's personal information for the following purposes:
2.2.1. providing the User with effective customer support;
2.2.2. providing the User with personalized Services;
2.2.3. communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information relating to the use of the Services, the provision of services, as well as the processing of requests and applications from User;
2.2.4. improving the quality of the Services, the convenience of their use, the development of new Services;
2.2.5. providing information about the services implemented by the Operator, responding to requests, and also operator’s obligations fulfillment;
2.2.6. conducting statistical and other studies based on anonymized data;
2.2.7. sending messages to the User.
2.3. The Operator due to the specifics of the method of obtaining information does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the User and does not control its relevance. However, the Operator assumes that the User provides reliable and personal information on the issues proposed in the registration form, and maintains this information up to date. All responsibility, as well as possible consequences for the provision of false or not up-to-date personal information, is borne by User.
3. Conditions for processing the User's personal information and its transfer to third parties:
3.1. The Operator stores and processes Users' personal information in accordance with applicable regulations, as well as internal regulations created on their basis (name, surname, patronymic, email address, gender, date of birth, postal address, home, work, mobile phones, etc.).
3.2. With regard to the User's personal information, its confidentiality is maintained, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about himself for general access to an unlimited number of people.
3.3. The Operator protects the User's personal information in accordance with the requirements for the protection of such information, and is responsible for the use of secure methods for protecting such information.
3.4. To protect the User's personal information, ensure its proper use and prevent unauthorized and / or accidental access to it, the Operator applies the necessary and sufficient technical and administrative measures. The personal information provided by the User is stored on servers with limited access, located in secure premises.
3.5. The Operator has the right to transfer the User's personal information (including to persons recording, systematizing, accumulating, clarifying, storing, extracting personal information, directly sending the User special offers, information about new services, processing requests and appeals, as well as deleting personal information) to third parties in the following cases:
3.5.1. The User has been granted permission to process his personal data in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, which is confirmed by the User clicking the checkbox "I agree to the processing of my personal data" when filling out forms with personal information on the Site;
3.5.2. The transfer is necessary as part of the User's use of a certain Site Service;
3.5.3. the transfer of personal information is provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation within the framework of the procedure established by law;
3.6. When processing personal information of Users, the Operator is guided by July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "About Personal Information"
4. Procedure for changing personal information by the User:
4.1. The user can at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information provided by him or part of it, as well as the parameters of its confidentiality using the function of editing personal information in the personal section of an account.
4.2. The User has the right at any time to demand the deletion of the personal information provided by him by contacting the Operator's Customer Support Service at: info@zaryad-hockey.ru.
4.3. The user has the right to refuse to receive newsletters at any time by clicking on the appropriate link at the bottom of the letter.
5. Confirmation of the Agreement:
5.1. The User has the right to refuse to confirm this Agreement if any of its conditions is unacceptable for the User.
5.2. The User confirms that his acceptance of the Agreement (by clicking the "I accept the User Agreement" button) means the User's full consent with all its conditions without exception. In particular, the User, by accepting this Agreement, gives his consent to the Operator to receive information about special offers, about new services via telecommunication networks and postal services (including, but not limited to: SMS-mailings, e-mail mailings, etc.). and to the processing of their personal data by collecting, registering, accumulating, storing, adapting, changing, updating, using and distributing, depersonalizing, deleting personal data, incl. to transfer (access to) personal data to any third parties without obtaining additional consent and without prior notice of such transfer (access) for the purposes specified in this Agreement, carried out using automation tools, including in information and telecommunication networks, or without using such means for the purpose of processing user requests, providing information about the services provided by the Operator.
5.3. The specified consent of the User with the terms of the Agreement, including the procedure for processing personal information, is valid for 5 years with automatic prolongation for the same period (the number of prolongations is not limited), if it has not been revoked.
5.4. It is not allowed to process the user's personal data without his consent, except in cases specified by law, and only in the interests of national security, economic well-being and human rights.
6. Amendments to the Privacy Policy:
6.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Confidentiality Agreement. When making changes in the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. The current version is always on this page.
