1.1. The warranty period is 30 (thirty) calendar days for individuals from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer.
1.2. The warranty for the Goods does not apply in the following cases:
2.1. In the case of placing an Order, the Buyer has the right to refuse the Goods at any time before receiving it. If the Goods are in the process of being delivered to the Buyer, the Buyer has the right to refuse the Goods and pay for the delivery.
A product with individual characteristics (that is, a product made to order with non-standard (customized) characteristics) that has the proper quality is a non-returnable product, therefore, it is not subject to exchange and return according to Article 26.1 of the Consumer Protection Act.
2.2. In case of ordering non-food Goods, the Buyer has the right to return the Goods of good quality within 7 (seven) days from the date of receiving the Goods, provided that the presentation and consumer properties are intact, as well as if there is a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of these Goods. In this case, the return of the Goods is made by the Buyer at his own expense by transferring / sending the Goods in a way that ensures its safety at the address 423800, 6A building, Almetyevskiy tract street, Naberezhnye Chelny city, the Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation. The Seller returns the cost of the Goods paid to the Buyer within 10 (ten) banking days from the date the Buyer submits the relevant request.
If, upon receipt of the goods by the Buyer, a non-compliance with the order is found, then in this case the goods are classified as having the proper quality, but not corresponding to the order. The Buyer has two options for resolving the current situation: accept it and start using it or return the goods (Article 26.1 of Law No. 2300-1 and clause 27 of Rules No. 612). If the Buyer chooses to return the Goods, then such a return is made according to the rules established for the return of the Goods of proper quality.
2.3. Goods of proper quality, specified in the List of non-food products of good quality, not subject to return or exchange, approved by Government Decree No. 55 of 19.01.1998, are not subject to return.
2.4. To process the return of Goods of good quality, the Buyer is obliged to draw up an application in accordance with the form posted on the Seller's website or by receiving the application form from the manager via the communication channels specified in the "Contacts" section. The return is subject to the presentation of an identity document by the Buyer.
2.5. When returning the Goods purchased on the Site, the money for the returned Goods shall be transferred to the Buyer on the card with which the Order was paid within 10 banking days from the date of receipt of the returned Goods that meet the requirements established by clause 7.2. of this Offer.
2.6. The return of the Goods of inadequate quality is carried out in accordance with the Law of February 7, 1992 No. 2300-1 "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
2.7. Checking the Goods in terms of quantity, appearance and completeness is carried out by the Buyer at the time of receiving the Goods before the departure of the courier. After the departure of the courier, the Seller does not accept claims regarding the quantity, completeness and appearance of the Goods.
2.8. To process the return of Goods of inadequate quality, the Buyer is obliged to draw up an application in accordance with the form posted on the Seller's website or received from the manager via the communication channels specified in the "Contacts" section. The Buyer must attach to the application a photo that clearly shows the defect of the Goods, as well as a photo of the barcode of the Goods. In the absence of these photos, the Seller has the right to leave the application without consideration.
The return of the Goods of inadequate quality is made by the Buyer within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receiving the Goods, at his own expense, by transferring / sending the Goods in a way that ensures its safety at the address 423800, 6A building, Almetyevskiy tract street, Naberezhnye Chelny city, the Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation. If the claim for quality is satisfied, the Seller, at the request of the Buyer, reimburses the cost of delivering the Goods of inadequate quality to the Seller's warehouse.
When returning the Goods of inadequate quality, the Seller, at the option of the Buyer, ships the Goods of good quality in accordance with the Buyer's Order or returns the cost of the Goods to the Buyer according to the bank details from which the payment for the Goods was made, no later than 10 (ten) banking days from the moment when the claim for quality will be considered by the Seller as justified and subject to meeting the requirements.
The final decision to satisfy the claim is made by the Seller after receiving the Goods to be returned in accordance with the claim:
3.1. Good quality product
3.1.1. The Buyer has the right to exchange a non-food Goods of good quality for a similar Goods from the Seller, if the specified Goods do not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or configuration.
3.1.2. The consumer has the right to exchange non-food Goods of good quality within 14 (fourteen) days, not counting the day of its purchase.
3.1.3. The exchange of non-food Goods of good quality is carried out if the specified Goods were not in use, their presentation, consumer properties are preserved, and there is also a sales receipt or cash receipt or other document confirming payment for the specified Goods. The list of goods not subject to exchange is approved by the Government.
In this case, the return of the Goods is made by the Buyer at his own expense by transferring / sending the Goods in a way that ensures its safety at the address 423800, 6A building, Almetyevskiy tract street, Naberezhnye Chelny city, the Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation.
3.1.4. If a similar Product is not available for sale on the day the Buyer contacts the Seller, the Buyer has the right to refuse to fulfill the contract and demand a refund of the amount of money paid for the specified Product. The Buyer's demand for the return of the amount of money paid for the specified Goods shall be met within 3 (three) days from the date of return of the specified Goods to the Seller.
3.1.5. If agreed between the Buyer and the Seller, the exchange of the Goods may be provided for when a similar Goods goes on sale. The seller is obliged to immediately inform the consumer about the receipt of a similar Good for sale.
3.2. Goods of inadequate quality
3.2.1. When replacing the Goods of inadequate quality with the Goods of the same brand (or) article, the price of the Goods is not recalculated.
3.2.2. When replacing the Goods of inadequate quality with the same Goods of a different brand (model, article), if the price of the Goods to be replaced is lower than the price of the Goods provided in exchange, the consumer must pay the difference in prices; if the price of the Goods to be replaced is higher than the price of the Goods provided in exchange, the difference in prices shall be paid to the Buyer.
4. Placing an Order by the Buyer is a confirmation of his agreement with the terms of the public offer and these rules regarding the Supplier's warranty obligations and the terms of the exchange and return of the Goods.
