Delivery information

The Buyer has the right to choose a convenient method of delivery of the Goods:

The Buyer confirms with his signature on the delivery note of the courier service that the goods have been checked for compliance with his Order, as well as the absence of claims to the quantity, appearance, completeness and shelf life of the Goods. After acceptance of the Goods by the Buyer and the departure of the courier, the Seller does not accept claims regarding the quantity, completeness and appearance of the Goods. Upon receipt of the goods not by the Buyer at the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer is solely responsible for the acceptance of the Goods on behalf of the Buyer by another person.

Payment 

The customer forms an order independently in his personal account by adding the desired product to the cart, after which he proceeds to the "Place an order" section. In this section, the customer can make payment in the following ways:

After payment a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address specified by customer when placing the order. The terms of shipment of goods by the Supplier are determined independently. The term of shipment from the warehouse of the Supplier can be from 10 to 25 days (For Russia orders). Order status and tracking information can be clarified in the Personal Account.

Payment for legal entities

The customer places an order on the site independently. If it is necessary to pay for this order by a legal entity, the customer sends the details of the organization for invoicing to shop@zaryad-hockey.ru.

An invoice for payment will be sent to the email address specified in the order.
